Refund & Return Policy

At Beehive Prints LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Because most products are custom-made, our return policy reflects that reality.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom products are non-refundable unless defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review. If confirmed, we'll replace or refund the item.
2. Non-Custom Products
Non-custom ("stock") items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping unless it's our error.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellations aren't possible.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
5. Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us with your order info and photos. We'll coordinate with the carrier for resolution.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for non-custom items only, if stock allows. Customer covers shipping for returns and replacements.
