You agree to use this site lawfully and not interfere with others' use. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect misuse.

2. Products & Custom Orders

We strive for accuracy in color and design, but variations may occur.
You must have rights to any artwork you submit for custom printing.
Design proofs, once approved, are final.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing an order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors. Lost or damaged packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Returns & Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned or licensed by Beehive Prints LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maine. Disputes will be resolved in Cumberland County, Maine.
