Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Standard production time is 5–10 business days before shipping. Large or custom bulk orders may take longer — you'll be notified if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after production

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@beehiveprints.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address or repeated delivery attempts, we can reship it once the order is returned — additional shipping costs may apply.
